Started in 2017 by local businessman “Tony” Sposato, The Vines is off of Huff Road, which runs between Sand Hill Road and Gravel Hill Road (Route 30). While the mailing address is Milton, 19968, the community is actually closer to downtown Georgetown than to downtown Milton.
Ryan Homes and Capstone Homes are currently in the fourth of a planned six phases of building. Approximately 220 of a planned 394 single-family homes are occupied. D.R. Horton and Ashburn Homes have also built here.
Amenities include a clubhouse - The Lodge - along with a pool, Fitness Center, tennis/pickleball court, bocce court and children's playground. And there are plans to add a small vineyard in late 2025. Currently under “declarant control” with two residents on the Homeowners Association board, The Vines will transition to a five person, all-resident board once the 295th home is occupied.
