Recognizing the consequences which these developments present for the region’s social and economic well-being, representatives from the communities of Woodridge, Independence, Ridings at Rehoboth, and Stonewater Creek began benchmarking exemplary practices. After several months of informal discussions, the group agreed to establish a more formal structure with the intent of encouraging the exchange of ideas and leveraging their collective resources in order to improve services for homeowners.
