The influx of new homes and residents has resulted in a dramatic population increase, presenting a new set of challenges for Sussex County including availability of affordable housing, density planning and traffic congestion. The latter felt most acutely in the communities of Lewes, Milton, Harbeson and Rehoboth in which we reside, resulting in overcrowded roadways, costing businesses and drivers more time and money, as well as representing significant safety issues.
