    • Build a collaborative relationship with developer

  • Transition Phase​

    • Form transition committee

    • Design project plan and execute “Transition Study”

    • Assign skilled volunteers, solicit public agency assistance and determine need for expert inspection/analysis

    • Resolve identified “claims” with developer

  • Homeowner Control​

    • Owner-elected board

    • Identify and understand rights reserved by developer that survive transition
