Vincent Overlook is a community of 247 Single-family homes on 97 acres located in Milton, Delaware.  The Vincent Overlook Community was built from 2006 through 2025 by both, Ryan Homes and LC Homes.  Our neighborhood is located on Cave Neck Road about two miles West of Coastal Highway / Route 1.
