The tightly knit community of Tidewater Landing includes residences of 195 single-family homes, of which, 180 are surrounded by common treed areas with the remaining 15 backing to pond views. Our 85 acres of common areas consist of wooded and maintained trails, three ponds with five fountains, and a kayak launch/fishing pier located on Love Creek. 

 

Our amenities include a clubhouse/pool/patio area, fitness center, multi-use courts and a tot lot. Our very active and motivated volunteers participate in a variety of committees and task force groups, offering an infinite number of hours of service to Tidewater Landing.  The participation of many community members in social events, clubs and special events solidifies the Robinsonville Road oasis we call home!
