Stonewater Creek is a development of 567 sungle family homes with lot sizes 1/4 to 1/2+ acres, located just north of Long Neck, Delaware and the crossroads of Routes 9 and 24. Our mail is served from the Millsboro, Delaware 19966 post office. The community was established in 2005 and finally completed in 2025.

We are a POA with low monthly maintenance, which covers garbage, recycling, snow removal and community amenities. The amenities include clubhouse, fitness center, pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and play-fit areas.

Our location on Delmarva is temperate being inland west from the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay, and east of the Chesapeake Bay. Temperatures average between 68 and 92 degrees in the summer and 25 to 45 in winter. Snowfall is generally minimal.

Several builders have contributed to our housing style mix, which gives our community character. Our community is comprised of both cluster (1/2 acre property) and non-cluster (1/2+ acre property) single level and multi-level style homes.

SWC is a community that enjoys a diverse group of families of all ages. The Men's and Ladies Clubs and special interest groups keep activities running all year long, so there is plenty to do in the community, as well as nearby shopping, golfing, fishing, camping, hiking and of course visiting our fabulous restaurants and seashores.
