Community Profile: Chapel Green

Chapel Green began in 1995, it has 210 homes. The community is self-managed. The amenities  include a pool, gym, clubhouse , playground, tennis/pickleball courts. The Board of Directors consists of 7 officers with varying terms. The community has 30 acres of common ground maintained by community volunteers. Recently, the community received the Sussex County Conservation Stewardship Award for 2025 and the 2025 Governor’s Conservation Award.
